NPGA reviewed publicly available data on the percentage of U.S. households that cook on gas stoves vs on electric stoves in order to compare each usage and its connection to asthma. Comparison of the data state-by-state fails to demonstrate a correlation between higher gas stove usage and higher asthma rates. Read more here.
